Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, suburb and the message you enter, such as the massage style, session length and times that suit you. Website and security services may also process technical information such as an IP address, browser details and security checks.
Health information
You may choose to mention health details in your message, for example a pregnancy, an injury or a medical condition, so the therapist can decide whether a massage is suitable. Only include what the therapist needs to know. If you include health information, we use it only to pass your enquiry to a therapist. Do not include passwords, identity documents, Medicare or health fund numbers, or payment details in the form.
Why we use it
We use your details to understand the enquiry, contact you about it and pass it to a suitable independent therapist. The relevant contact and enquiry details, including any health information you included, may be given to that therapist so they can contact you and confirm whether they can help. Submitting the form asks us to use your information for this purpose. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list, and we do not sell your details.

A therapist who receives your enquiry is responsible for how they handle your information from that point, including any health records they keep. Ask them about their privacy practices. Tell us if you no longer want your enquiry pursued and we will stop passing it on.
